What is PCM material?
A phase-change material (PCM) is a substance with a high heat of fusion which, melting and solidifying at a certain temperature, is capable of storing and releasing large amounts of energy. Heat is absorbed or released when the material changes from solid to liquid and vice versa; thus, PCMs are classified as latent heat storage (LHS) units.

 

Why should we use PCM material in Cold Chain solution?
PCM material will keep the temperature of storage environment or transportation container in a desirable temperature zone for quite long hours.
It's specially fit for long-distance cold chain transportation such like:drug , vaccine, red wine, sea foodm, ice cream or some delicate products. 

 

Instructions for use:
Freeze the packs in refrigerator until it's frozen before use.
The acturate precool time and temperature should follow the instruction details. Because it will affect the function time and temperature.
