Function:
Hot or cold therapy for personal care.

Instructions:
For warm compress, place this pack in microwavable container, set the microwave at medium power about 45 seconds and reheated it at 30 second intervals until desired temperature achieved or cover pack completely with 80 - 90°C water and soak for 3 - 5 minutes.        
For cold compress, place it in freezer for at least two hours before using.
